In 2023, the ViewSonic Professional Training Program (PD Program) was launched in Malaysia and is specifically aimed at all teachers from all over the state. It aims to provide exposure to the use of technology tools and provide more focused guidance to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning in PAK21. This program is conducted online, combining self-paced e-learning and assignment distribution. A total of 97 teachers participated in this program in 2023 and this number increased to 625 in 2024. In 2025, a total of 2595 applications were received. Teachers who participated in this program will be guided by Trainers to master the basic skills of using the myViewBoard software.
